This vintage kimono appears to date from the 40s, it's made of a heavy rayon crepe fabric, lined in red silk. The style is indicative of a young, unmarried woman, as only they were allowed to wear such long, exaggerated sleeves. I tried to research the family crest but was unable to identify the family clan in the design. This kimono is in excellent condition with no visible flaws or wear to speak of. One size fits most.
