Elegant tailored vintage 50s pencil slip from I Magnin is entirely hand stitched with the most impeccable craftsmanship. Fabric feels like silk crepe with silk chiffon kick pleated inserts. All seams are turned in and finished, bottom lace trim is applied with a faggotted seam, all embroidery is hand stitched. Truly an exquisite piece of vintage lingerie, this was clearly a very high end luxury item when originally crafted for I Magnin. Condition is excellent to near mint, no flaws found and very light wear overall. A beautiful and sophisticated addition for any discerning collector. Waist measures 30 inches (garment is pinned on model), hip is 44, length is 30. Cloth tag, I Magnin & Co.
