silk chiffon has a gorgeous black floral mesh lace cowl neckline weighted with encased weights to create elegant drape. The bias cut chiffon is oh so sheer and naturally clings to your curves for a extremely seductive fit. The bias cut and draped scoop back has a unique twisted neckline that frames your shoulders beautifully. Exquisite details include a hand rolled bottom hem, fine embroidery, and faggoted seams.
