50s Vintage Carillon Flounced Blue Full Slip

This pale blue new old stock 50s full slip is an ultra feminine design complete with chiffon ruffles and gorgeous details. The gathered chiffon bust is lined with lace, then finished with an embroidered applique and ruffled lace trim along the neckline. Tailored at the waist, the skirt opens up over the hips providing a bit of fullness under swinging skirts and dresses. A chiffon flounce along the bottom hem is trimmed with lace and topped with an applique matching the one at the shoulder. Satin ribbon straps feature adjustable sliders. Original tag reads, "Carillon size 36." Measures 38 at the bust, 32 waist, 42 hip and 35 in length along the side seam fitting a size S/34 as shown or M/36 as tagged. Garment is in mint new old stock condition, it maintains the original paper tags, and is without flaws.
