This very special and collectible
Vanity Fair slip is fashioned from the slinkiest of knitted
rayon yarns that was a predecessor to nylon tricot. The V-neck bodice has a sheer mesh center panel framed by a looped cord border. Simple darts define the bust and the slightly peaked waist creates an elegant vintage shape. A matching mesh and corded hem finishes the classic piece.
New old stock garment has the classic orange cameo
Vanity Fair Radia cloth tag on the interior and maintains the original paper swing tag reading, "Radia
Rayon." Garment measures 42 at the bust, waist 34, hips up to 52, 32 in length along the side seam, fitting a size L/38 as shown or XL/40 as tagged. Garment is in near mint condition with a small puncture in the fabric above the hem being the sole flaw. See close up photo for details.
